Glorianna Davenport

Visiting Scientist, MIT Media Lab, Responsive Environments

 

Glorianna Davenport, a founding member of the MIT Media Lab, has worked across the spectrum of technical and social evolution of the digital era.  Originally a cinematographer working closely with cinema verite pioneer Ricky Leacock at the MIT Film/Video Section, Davenport is currently the founder and director of the of the Living Observatory,  an initiative for documenting and interpreting ecological change, using  sensor networks that document ecological processes and allow people to experience the data at different spatial and temporal scales.

Ignacio Bunster-Ossa

National Practice Leader for Landscape Architecture,  AECOM

 

Ignacio Bunster-Ossa, FASLA, is an internationally recognized landscape practitioner, urbanist, theorist, and scholar;  the author of Reconsidering Ian McHarg: the Future of Urban Ecology and, with David Rouse, ASLA,  Green Infrastructure: A Landscape Approach. In his previous work as a principal at Wallace, Roberts & Todd (WRT), Bunster-Ossa led the development of projects all across the United States and worldwide.
