For the 21st Digital Landscape Architecture Conference DLA2020 (June 3-5, 2020), the Editors and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Digital Landscape Architecture JoDLA cordially invite you to submit abstracts

Abstracts are encouraged on one or more of these topics:
- Algorithmic design and analysis of landscapes
- Mobile devices, Internet-of-Things, and ‘Smart’ systems in the landscape
- Data Science and Landscape Information Modelling
- Drone/UAV imagery and uses
- Digital fabrication in landscape architecture
- Visualization and animation of landscapes
- Augmented reality (AR), Virtual reality (VR), and immersive environments
- Geodesign approaches, technologies, and case studies
- Digital landscape architectural responses to climate change
- Social media in landscape architecture
- Teaching digital landscape architecture
- Digital landscape architecture in practice
We invite you to contribute to this conference on all aspects of digital landscape architecture, by submitting an Extended Abstract, with a minimum of 1200 words and maximum of 2000 words including key references; additional selected graphics are optional. Abstracts are reviewed for full paper (8-12 pages) submission and possible presentation at the DLA Conference. Submit the extended abstract online via the web-based submission system at:

Accepted abstracts will be returned by December 1, 2019, and authors invited to submit a full paper (8-12 pages), due January 10, 2020 for a second-round fully blind peer-review process, returned by February 1, 2020. Final papers with revisions submitted by February 15, 2020 will be published in JoDLA : Journal of Digital Landscape Architecture 5–2020 by Wichmann VDE Verlag, Berlin-Offenbach.
